World Environment Day
With a history of fostering environmental initiatives, a rally was organized in both Chennai and Coimbatore in 2009 to celebrate World Environment Day, followed by the hosting of an engaging competition in 2018 to solicit innovative ideas aimed at combating plastic pollution.

In commemoration of World Environment Day, SharonPly organized a contest titled ‘One Idea to Beat Plastic Pollution’ in 2018. This engaging competition spanned from June 5th to July 5th, providing individuals with a platform to contribute innovative ideas aimed at combating plastic pollution.
Highlights of 2009 Chennai & Coimbatore
In collaboration with 98.3FM Radio Mirchi, SharonPly organized a rally on June 5th, 2009, in both Chennai and Coimbatore to celebrate World Environment Day.
