Veneer
SharonPly uses advanced technology to manufacture veneers. Veneer sheets are bound together by knitting hot melt springs. Once the sheets are joined, they are then pasted on the base ply. Thus, an additional level of process is incorporated rather than simply pasting veneers, in order to ensure optimum adhesion.
Sharon Veneers are broadly classified into four: Exoti Natura, Exoti Presto, Exoti Serena and Exoti Aura. Exoti Natura, Exoti Presto and Exoti Serena are veneer crafted from natural wood, bearing the uniqueness of the tree it originated from. Exoti Aura is veneer made of reconstituted engineered wood.
