“Terms” or “Terms and Conditions”) governing use of this Website without modification and you hereby agree and confirm that you shall familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions and other terms, conditions and guidelines found throughout this Website and abide by them. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREIN, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
